Senior Program Manager, Sales Transformation

We are seeking an outcome-focused Senior Program Manager to join our Sales Transformation Office and support high-impact, cross-functional initiatives aligned to Adobe’s strategic priorities. In this role, you will drive program execution against clearly defined business outcomes, help teams stay focused on delivering measurable impact, and support the realization of strategic objectives through disciplined, scalable delivery.

This role is ideal for someone who is comfortable navigating ambiguity, contributes as a change agent, and brings an agile, adaptable approach to planning and execution. You will apply strong program management fundamentals (structure, governance, and operational rigor) while enabling effective cross-functional collaboration and decision-making in a fast-moving environment. You have a proven ability to translate strategy into execution and turn complex initiatives into actionable, well-managed programs.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and support cross-functional sales transformation programs, ensuring alignment to defined business priorities, timelines, and success metrics.
  • Partner with senior leaders and teams across sales, marketing, operations, finance, and technology to translate strategic objectives into clear program plans, milestones, and deliverables.
  • Help drive change by bringing clarity to ambiguous problems, aligning stakeholders, and supporting adoption of new processes, operating models, and tools.
  • Apply an agile, outcomes-driven approach to program planning and execution, adjusting plans as priorities and business needs evolve.
  • Support program governance by maintaining frameworks, cadences, and reporting mechanisms that promote accountability, transparency, and progress tracking.
  • Facilitate cross-functional collaboration and decision-making by identifying risks, dependencies, and trade-offs, and escalating issues as appropriate.
  • Develop and maintain program roadmaps, timelines, and resource plans that balance structure with flexibility.
  • Proactively identify risks and interdependencies; contribute to mitigation and contingency planning in partnership with program stakeholders.
  • Track and report on program performance using KPIs and qualitative insights to inform leadership and drive continuous improvement.
  • Contribute to a culture of collaboration, accountability, and operational excellence within the Sales Transformation Office.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in Business, Management, or a related field.
  • 7+ years of program or project management experience, including experience leading cross-functional initiatives.
  • Demonstrated ability to deliver complex programs in matrixed organizations.
  • Strong grounding in program management principles, with experience applying governance, planning, and execution best practices.
  • Ability to balance structure with adaptability in fast-changing environments.
  • Working knowledge of sales processes, go-to-market motions, and supporting technologies (e.g., CRM, analytics platforms).
  • Experience supporting change management initiatives, process improvements, or operating model evolution.
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence without direct authority.
  • Experience working in agile, iterative, or lean delivery environments.
  • Bonus: Experience in SaaS environments, sales transformation initiatives, or prior consulting exposure.
