Joyce Windows, Sunrooms & Baths is hiring Call Center Appointment Setters to contact homeowners and schedule free in-home estimates. This role is ideal for candidates who enjoy phone work and performance-based pay.

Responsibilities:

• Make outbound calls to warm and hot leads
• Schedule in-home appointments for the sales team
• Use scripts and CRM tools to track calls
• Meet daily and weekly appointment goals

Requirements

Requirements:

• Call center, inside sales, or customer service experience preferred
• Strong communication and listening skills
• Reliable attendance and coachable attitude
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
