We are currently seeking a Junior Project Manager to join our team in Greenville, North Carolina (US-NC), United States (US).

 

Responsibilities:

• Developing project plans/schedules, defining project execution requirements & managing communications
• Meeting project schedules and resolving project issues
• Coordinating projects through various communications, data collection and analysis. May act as Program Manager on multiple projects concurrently

 

Basic Qualifications:

• 3+ year’s Manufacturing floor work experience in vendor management, partner services, operations, or technical project delivery
• 1 years experience in project management
• 1 year experience working with executive level leadership

 

Requirements:

• Excellent communications skills and proven consensus building skills
• Enterprise work experience dealing with highly complex situations
• Strong analytical and negotiation skills
• Self-starter, energetic, flexible, innovative, and willingness get things done
• Experience in Professional Services, Consulting and/or Cloud
• Ability to deal with ambiguity and drive for results
• Ability to summarize and present information in a concise and clear manner for review and approval

 

Preferred Experience: 

• Multi-vendor API Integration
• Experience managing technical and executive level relationships (IT manager, VP and C-level)
• Cross-functional mediation and conflict resolution comfort
• Analytical, problem solving, negotiation and organizational skills to effectively achieve project objectives whilst maintaining a strong sense of urgency.
• Functional experience in multiple business areas. Ability to relate business knowledge to complex problems.  

 

Required schedule availability for this position is Monday-Friday location onsite in Greenville, NC.
