About the role
Lake City Public Schools is seeking a dependable and service-oriented individual to serve as the Lead Night Custodian at Bluff View Elementary School. This position plays an important role in maintaining a clean, safe, and welcoming environment for students, staff, and families.
Position Responsibilities
- General custodial cleaning and building upkeep
- Monitoring building systems and equipment
- Minor maintenance and repairs
- Snow and ice removal
- Event setup and support
- Supporting safe day-to-day building operations
Qualifications
- Mechanical aptitude and strong organizational skills
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively
- Special Engineer's License preferred or ability to obtain
- Ability to perform physical duties associated with custodial and maintenance work

Salary Range: $18.00 - $22.00
