We invite you to become the leader of our Financial Control & Accounting (FC&A) team for the "M&T and Premix" and join the FC&A EMEA Leadership Team. Our FC&A EMEA team of around 140 professionals is embarking on an exciting journey towards achieving ambitious goals, and we are seeking a talented individual who shares our passion for excellence and innovation.
You will have the opportunity to manage and grow a high-performing finance team, overviewing and enhancing the financial reporting, be the key contact person in the "M&T and Premix" for all financial matters and advance your career in a supportive and collaborative environment.
The role will also support the FC&A EMEA lead to facilitate change management, cross-functional topics, influence to get what is best for the company, deliver against projects, bring leadership and togetherness within "M&T and Premix", and ensure alignment and integration of financial activities across the sub-region.

Your key responsibilities
- Lead and manage the M&T and Premix FC&A EMEA team to achieve business objectives;
- Develop and mentor team members, providing guidance and support to ensure their growth and objectives;
- Develop and implement the financial control strategy for tM&T and Premix in collaboration with the FC&A EMEA Leadership Team;
- Ensure the quality, accuracy, and timeliness of financial reporting and analysis for M&T and Premix, and continuously improve processes to achieve top quartile performance;
- Monitor financial performance and provide insights and recommendations to the FC&A EMEA Lead and other stakeholders;
- Foster a culture of continuous improvement, innovation, and excellence in the FC&A EMEA team;
- Serve as a change agent and be a force for proposition and implementation to drive transformational initiatives and enhance financial processes, systems, and controls across M&T and Premix;
- Collaborate closely with Financial Shared Services, FP&A, Business Units, and Centres of Expertise (like tax and treasury) to ensure alignment and integration of financial activities across M&T and Premix.

- Reward: Based on your experience we will offer you a base salary of € 101,864 to € 145,520 per year (including holiday allowance and 13th month) and extra benefits, such as 25 holiday days, a bonus, the option to buy more holiday days with a 6% my choice budget and much more.
You bring
- Master’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field, with a CPA or equivalent certification preferred;
- Minimum 10 years of relevant working experience in financial control, accounting, and analysis, with proven experience in leading and managing sizeable finance teams;
- Strong knowledge of financial control processes, IFRS principles and financial analysis; budgeting, and forecasting a plus;
- Demonstrated track record of achieving financial targets, improving financial processes, and delivering results in a complex and dynamic business environment;
