From answering phones and scheduling appointments to helping clients navigate their visits, you’ll keep communication flowing and help our busy hospital run smoothly.

What You'll Do

  • Welcome clients and their pets with warmth and professionalism
  • Serve as an important first point of contact for the hospital
  • Answer incoming phone calls and manage multiple phone lines
  • Schedule and coordinate veterinary appointments
  • Respond to client questions and provide accurate information
  • Check patients and clients in and out for appointments
  • Process invoices and collect payments
  • Maintain accurate client and patient information
  • Update records and document client communications
  • Communicate effectively with veterinarians and support staff
  • Help coordinate information between clients and the medical team
  • Assist clients with questions about appointments, services, and hospital procedures
  • Provide compassionate customer service during routine and stressful situations
  • Help maintain an organized and welcoming reception area
  • Use hospital computer systems and veterinary software
  • Support efficient front-desk workflow during busy periods
  • Assist with general administrative responsibilities as needed
  • Help create an exceptional experience for every client and pet
