Compensation includes a base salary of $77,800.00 - $116,800.00. The base salary may vary within the anticipated base pay range based on factors such as the ultimate location of the position and the selected candidate’s knowledge, skills, and abilities. Position may be eligible for additional compensation that may include an incentive program.

Job Description

Join our dynamic team as a Senior Security Intelligence Analyst, where your expertise in intelligence collection and analysis will be pivotal in safeguarding our organization. We seek a proactive, detail-oriented professional familiar with intelligence platforms, IT systems, and analytical tools. This role involves leading and mentoring junior analysts, managing contractor and vendor resources, and supporting risk management strategies.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Intelligence Analysis & Decision-Making: Utilize advanced decision-making skills to conduct thorough research, escalate issues appropriately, and communicate findings effectively.

  • Data Analytics: Support data analytics to inform risk calculations and enhance business operations.

  • Strategic Alignment: Integrate long-term team goals and objectives into daily tasks while remaining vigilant of potential security threats or disruptions.

  • Risk Identification: Identify and analyze risks and vulnerabilities, producing actionable intelligence to support security operations.

  • Threat Research: Conduct research on open-source intelligence, social media, and the dark web to identify potential threats to personnel, facilities, and operations.

  • Event Monitoring: Monitor and report on operations and events that may impact international travel, corporate activities, and business operations.

  • Executive Protection Support: Provide ad-hoc intelligence analysis to executive protection personnel and other key stakeholders.

  • Intelligence Correlation: Correlate intelligence and produce summaries for internal teams, business leaders, and executive leadership.

  • Open-Source Analysis: Assist with requests requiring open-source analytic support and escalate potential issues identified during research.

  • Team Collaboration: Share information on upcoming issues and events with potential security impacts, fostering teamwork.

  • Policy Implementation: Implement policies, procedures, and systems to support the organizational mission and enhance security protocols.

  • Legal & Regulatory Compliance: Interpret and apply laws, rules, and regulations pertaining to enterprise policy and procedure.

  • Reporting: Prepare comprehensive reports and statistical data in a timely manner.

  • Security Assessment: Review and analyze business operations to identify security vulnerabilities, recommending strategies for prevention, mitigation, and recovery.

  • Availability: Perform duties outside of normal business hours as needed based on events or potential impacts.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in computer science or a related field with 2 years' experience in intelligence collection, analysis, and dissemination. Alternatively, a master’s degree and up to 2 years' experience, or 6 years' relevant experience.

  • Platform Monitoring: Experience monitoring multiple platforms across diverse business lines for potential impacts.

  • Mass Notification Tools: Functional knowledge of mass notification tools.

  • Self-Starter: Proven ability to work independently with initiative and sound judgment.

  • Research & Analysis: Demonstrated ability to perform comprehensive research and analysis, synthesizing data for stakeholders.

  • Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication, including the ability to conduct clear, concise briefings.

  • Technical Proficiency: Strong knowledge of MS Off
