What you'll do...

We are seeking a Principal Risk Expert to join our People Organization team, where you will analyze data security practices and infrastructure, and act as a liaison between the information security and global security teams. Your role will involve conducting risk assessments, developing risk management plans, and mentoring team members on best practices in data security to ensure compliance and strengthen our security posture.

What you'll do:

Conduct Risk Assessments: Perform comprehensive risk assessments to identify potential security risks and vulnerabilities.

Develop Risk Management Plans: Create and implement effective risk management plans to mitigate identified risks.

Analyze and Report on Data Security Practices: Evaluate current data security practices and report findings to prioritize impactful changes.

Liaise Between Security Teams: Serve as a vital liaison between the information security team and other global security teams to ensure cohesive security strategies.

Mentor and Train Team Members: Provide mentorship and training to team members on best practices in data security, current tools, techniques, and emerging trends.


What you'll bring:

In-depth Knowledge of Data Security Principles: Proficiency in data security principles, practices, and technologies is essential.

Experience in Vulnerability Assessment and Management: Ability to conduct thorough vulnerability assessments and effectively manage identified risks.

Strong Stakeholder Management Skills: Excellent skills in managing and engaging with stakeholders across diverse teams and international markets.

Proficiency in Security Assessment Tools: Expertise in using security assessment tools and methodologies for testing and compliance.

Understanding of Regulatory Compliance: Comprehensive knowledge of audit methodologies, regulatory standards, and the ability to ensure organizational compliance.
