Job Description

Turner & Townsend seeks a driven and highly motivated Financial Analyst to support some of our large scale technical construction projects. The ideal candidate will be a self-starter, able to take the initiative and drive activities with limited supervision. The role would suit an ambitious, performance driven individual who is looking for the next step in their career development. 

Responibilities:

• Provide financial, budgeting and planning analysis on a broad array of initiatives  
• Establish and maintain close working relationships with Real Estate leadership to support decision making through forecasting, budgeting, and long-range planning. 
• Review, analysis and reporting of financial and cost data. 

Qualifications

• 6 + years of experience working in a financial analyst and administrative role. 
• Outstanding financial and analytical skills. 
• Strong financial reporting skills. 
• Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, Business Administration or a related degree. 
• Experience working on construction projects desirable but not required. 
• Understanding of the invoicing process, Accounts Payable, etc. 
• Experience with financial management software. 
• Experience in Tableau, Power BI and SQL are advantageous. 
• Skilled with identifying and streamlining new processes. 
• Excellent interpersonal skills including great communication. 
• Ability to demonstrate collaborative behaviors. 
• Proactive, organized and thorough with a strong work ethic. 
• Excellent interpersonal skills including great communication. 
• High IT literacy. Experience of analyzing data and presenting Management Information is an advantage. 
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office and Google tools to include: Docs, Sheets, Slides, and Drive.
