What this job involves:
As a Senior Project Manager at JLL, you will hold a critical position within our Mid-West Regional Team and will be directly responsible for leading and delivering challenging projects for a financial services client while utilizing your expertise and skills to oversee projects and ensure the successful delivery of Corporate Interior projects ranging in size from $5Mtto$50M+. Your strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and proficiency in project management will be instrumental in driving project success through delivering exceptional project management services and managing and overseeing all aspects of projects including planning, budgeting, scheduling, and execution. This role requires guiding the client and team through the design implementation process including conceptual, schematic, design development, construction documentation, and signoff while collaborating with internal teams and external stakeholders to ensure project success.
What your day-to-day will look like:
- Deliver exceptional project management services while managing and overseeing all aspects of projects including planning, budgeting, scheduling, and execution
- Guide client and team through design implementation process including conceptual, schematic, design development, construction documentation, and signoff
- Develop Master Project schedules and manage project performance against schedules, scheduled milestones, and critical path items on multiple projects
- Develop detailed project budget based on historical and market data and clearly defined set of budget assumptions
- Collaborate with internal teams and external stakeholders to ensure project success
- Ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and meet quality standards
- Provide leadership and guidance to project teams empowering them to thrive and excel
- Build and maintain relationships with clients understanding their goals and objectives while managing complex Corporate Interior projects from inception to completion
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in related field (Engineering, Architecture, Construction Management, etc.)
- PMP certification or equivalent project management certification
- Minimum 7 years of experience in project management, preferably in Corporate Interiors
- Proven track record of successfully managing complex projects from inception to completion
- Strong leadership and communication skills with ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams
- Excellent organizational and time management abilities to prioritize and manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to make sound decisions in fast-paced environment
- Experience managing projects ranging in size from 5Mto5Mto50M+
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience working with financial services clients and understanding their specific requirements
- Knowledge of corporate interior design standards and construction processes
- Understanding of design implementation phases and construction documentation
- Advanced project scheduling and budget management capabilities
- Experience with multiple project delivery methods and contract types
- Leadership experience mentoring and developing junior project management staff
- Understanding of financial services industry regulations and compliance requirements
- Advanced stakeholder management and client relationship building skills

Estimated compensation for this position:
105,000.00 – 150,000.00 USD per yearThis range is an estimate and actual compensation may differ. Final compensation packages are determined by various considerations including but not limited to candidate qualifications, location, market conditions, and internal considerations.
