Location: Remote - Global (timezone flexibility preferred)
About Everstake:
Everstake is the leading decentralized staking provider, trusted by millions of users and institutions globally. We support 85+ Proof-of-Stake blockchains, securing over $6.5 billion in assets while delivering reliable rewards through non-custodial infrastructure.
Our platform partners — wallets, custodians, fintechs, exchanges, and institutional platforms — rely on Everstake to embed secure, scalable staking into their core products. The Partner Solutions team helps make that happen.
Our Vision:
Staking is becoming infrastructure. Our goal is to power every platform that wants to offer secure, native staking to their
users — with no friction, maximum uptime, and total transparency.
The Partner Solutions Engineer sits at the heart of this mission — enabling seamless technical integration between Everstake’s validators and our partners’ product environments.
Role Overview:
As a Partner Solutions Engineer, you’ll work with our Business Development Managers (BDMs) to support the technical side of partner onboarding and integration — from validator APIs and staking flows to rewards tracking, dashboards, and gas/stake routing logic.
You’ll be the primary technical contact for Distro partners during pre-sale, integration, and post-launch phases — helping wallets, custodians, and other platforms launch staking faster, more reliably, and with deeper understanding of the staking stack.
Key Responsibilities:
- Integration Support: Help partners integrate Everstake into their platforms — via APIs, smart contracts, dashboards, or native staking UI/UX
- Solution Design: Collaborate with BDMs to understand partner use cases and tailor staking workflows to their architecture
- Validator Expertise: Translate validator mechanics (commission, slashing, restake) into partner-facing logic
- Technical Enablement: Create and maintain docs, code samples, and internal playbooks for common integration patterns
- Partner Communications: Act as technical liaison during sales and post-launch phases — solving issues, collecting feedback, advising on upgrades
- Product Feedback: Surface partner needs to Product & Engineering to inform roadmap for staking APIs, SDKs, or integrations
- Cross-Team Collaboration: Work closely with BD, Product, Legal, and RevOps to drive partner success end-to-end
Success in this Role Looks Like:
- Accelerating average integration time-to-market by 30%+
- Enabling 5–10 high-impact staking integrations per year
- Maintaining >95% partner satisfaction across technical touchpoints
- Standardizing SDKs, guides, and sample flows that reduce partner lift
- Acting as go-to technical expert for all things Distro integrations
Qualifications:
- 3+ years in a Solutions Engineer, Partner Engineer, or Sales Engineer role in Web3, fintech, or infra SaaS
- Strong understanding of staking, validators, and Proof-of-Stake chains
- Familiar with on-chain data, RPCs, staking contracts, and wallet flows (e.g., Cosmos, Ethereum, Solana, Polkadot)
- Comfortable explaining complex technical concepts to non-engineers and product leaders
- Experience supporting external developers or partner teams through integrations
- Bonus: Familiarity with liquid staking, restaking, or smart contract abstraction layers
- Fluent in English; additional languages a plus
- Able to work async with global teams and partners
Compensation & Benefits:
We offer a competitive base salary, a performance-based bonus tied to integration velocity and partner success, and an equity plan aligned with impact and tenure. You’ll also receive travel budgets for partner events and in-person workshops, along with flexible remote work support.
