People Operations Coordinator - Hybrid

As our People Operations Coordinator, you will successfully analyze, problem-solve and collaborate to ensure that objectives are completed by performing the required duties while working with your customers and colleagues. Your mission is to promote a positive culture by accomplishing safety and quality goals to achieve customer satisfaction and profitable business results.  You will also:

·         Answer cases for ADP and other payroll related questions as needed

·         Administers and load the annual pay increases process for the U.S., Canada and Mexico

·         Administers the NOM 35 process in Mexico (government wellness initiative) in collaboration with Unit P&C.

You will bring 4+ years of progressive and successful HR related experience (some leave experience preferred) to KONE. You will use the knowledge gained through your bachelor’s degree in a Human Resources or related field OR additional years of experience in lieu of education.
