Maintenance and Facility Supervisor
North Las Vegas, NV, US - onsite
Tuesday - Saturday, fulltime
Primary Purpose: The Maintenance Supervisor will serve as a key member of the maintenance team, reporting to our Sr Manager, Maintenance and Facilities. Responsibilities include leading a team of varying levels of facility technicians, mechanics, janitors and machine operators, ensuring the smooth operation of our automatic robotic systems, having a continuous improvement mindset, focusing on maximization of equipment, communicate effectively at all levels of the organization, and model a safe workplace.

- Supervise a team of maintenance technicians to perform preventative and corrective maintenance on the automated and robotic systems, conveyor and ancillary equipment
- Develop and implement preventative maintenance programs to minimize downtime and ensure equipment reliability
- Oversee the installation and commissioning of new equipment and systems
- Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues with the automated and robotic systems
- Manage the spare parts inventory and ensure timely ordering of replacement parts
- Monitors work orders and assigns work to staff to complete work efficiently
- Develop and maintain a safe work environment for the maintenance team
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineering, operations, and safety, to drive continuous improvement and efficiency
The accomplished individual will possess...
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or related field, preferred
- 3+ years of experience leading maintenance teams
- Repairing automated and robotic systems in manufacturing or other warehouse setting
- Repairing building and facility issues
- Ability to troubleshoot mechanical and electrical systems up to 480V electrical
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Strong knowledge of building trades and maintenance
- Proficient in the use of electrical and mechanical test equipment
- Ability to read and interpret electrical schematics and technical manuals
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- A continuous Improvement mentality
- CMMS experience preferred
