APC is seeking an Entry Level Loan & Distribution Specialist to join our team in office in Melville, NY. This position is a great opportunity for a recent college graduate who is interested in starting a career in the retirement and financial services industry.
The Loan & Distribution Specialist assists with the review and processing of participant loan and distribution requests from qualified retirement plans. This role requires strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and the ability to communicate effectively with plan participants, clients, and financial advisors.
Essential Job Responsibilities

Review loan and distribution requests from retirement plan participants to ensure compliance with plan provisions and IRS regulations

Process retirement plan loans, hardship withdrawals, and other distributions

Communicate with plan participants, clients, and financial advisors to gather required documentation and provide updates

Respond to a high volume of participant inquiries via email and phone
