SurePrep's software solutions 1040SCAN, SPbinder and TaxCaddy plus onshore and offshore tax preparation outsource services allow accounting firms to increase productivity and profitability while promoting a completely digital tax workflow. About the Role:  
In this opportunity as an Associate Client Executive II, you will: 
 
Maximize business potential through strong relationship management and consultative sales techniques. 
Present and demonstrate the value of SurePrep’s products and services to existing SurePrep Clients 
Maintain a comprehensive and accurate knowledge of SurePrep’s offerings and industry trends 
Manage renewal process for assigned client base and identify additional revenue opportunities from such clients 
Assist clients through email, phone, online presentations, and in person meetings 
Monitor and analyze Client’s usage of SurePrep’s products and services 
Building long-lasting, mutually beneficial relationships with external contacts and internal departments to create a superior clients experience 
Compile and analyze data to find trends 
Maintaining accurate client data within Salesforce.com and other client databases 
Participate in events and conferences on behalf of Sureprep 
 
About You:  
You're a fit for the role of Associate Client Executive II if you:  
 
BA/BS or equivalent experience preferred 
2+ years prior sales experience preferred 
Tax and accounting experience is desired but not required 
Experience with a CRM System, preferably Salesforce, is a must 
Strong verbal and written communication skills 
Ability to collect, track, and analyze larger amounts of data
