Work you’ll do

As a Leader in Engagement Management, you will play a critical role in helping to define Customer Experience Strategy, Project Operations and Management, Product Design, Business Development opportunities, and Technical Delivery to our clients. You are often expected to work across multiple projects to provide strategic guidance and support in product development and client engagement. This position drives sales for Deloitte Consulting and service delivery for the Deloitte Studios based on expertise and experience.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

  • Build relationships with executive clients based on specialty in applying digital solutions to challenging problems.
  • Work across account teams to identify and drive new account/client opportunities.
  • Oversees costs, schedule and performance of a suite of projects.
  • Provide strategic guidance to project teams to shape Digital projects across an industry or sector.
  • Capture opportunities through reputation and eminence.
  • Build a network of practitioners to deliver work.
  • Plan, lead and organize and deliver services on a cross-section of complex customer and citizen centric projects.
  • Establish relationships in strategic client positions; negotiate, lead, and facilitate these relationships.
  • Display breadth and depth of knowledge regarding functional and technical issues.
  • Coach, lead and support delivery teams and staff.
  • Provide input and actively participate in recruitment and retention activities.

Qualifications

Required:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Business, Marketing or equivalent field
  • Expertise in all areas of an engagement including Customer Experience Strategy, Product Design & Management, Project Operations & Firm Economics, Sales & Business Development, and Technical Delivery
  • Proven record of managing product releases including early-stage products and new product development from ideation specification
  • Proven ability to successfully collaborate with internal stakeholders from various parts of the organization and drive successful outcomes cross-functionally
  • Understanding of basic design and technology concepts
  • Familiar with Agile development processes and Human-Centered Design
  • Comfortable with core consulting skills typical of a technology PMO SME
  • Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for employer sponsorship, now or at any time in the future
  • Ability to travel 20 - 50%, on average, based on the work you do and the clients and industries/sectors you serve

Preferred:

  • MBA a plus
  • Several years of proven success in fast-paced product management role for software, analytics and/or SaaS-based products
  • Experience working remotely and collaborating with offshore tea
