Job Description Summary:

The Associate, Strategic Product Planning and Development - Nail Category is expected to support in the development of Fashion Nail products, research and analyze the current market trends, and communicate and manage with various vendors. S/he will support for creating and revamping current/future product lines, which includes managing the product throughout the product lifestyle: gathering, prioritizing product and customer requirements, defining product vision, and working closely with vendors to deliver winning products. This position will work with various different teams, such as Creative, Global Marketing, and Sales to implement strategic planning and display, and to ensure that revenue and customer satisfaction goals are met. Also, able to manage subordinates and encourage and motive them for maximum output.

Job Description:

• Develop new products in the Fashion Nail category and manage NPD projects
• Develop new product positioning strategy to differentiate against competing products in the target segment
• Monitor POS sales data and manage product life cycles, as well as modifying marketing mix per market demand (price, promotion, distribution channel)
• Analyze competitive marketplace and industry trends to accordingly develop business strategies for revenue generation
• Establish pricing strategies and guidelines for product development
• Lead cross-functional team projects with such teams as Global Marketing, Creative, and Sales to provide product info, marketing strategy, design ideas and sales solutions
• Provide support for marketing collateral, advertising materials, marketing campaigns, trade shows and other promotional activities
• Obtain customer feedback and suggest appropriate product revisions
• Conduct product training to Sales team
• Present new product ideas and launching strategies
• Responsible to source suppliers and communicate technical development with R&D teams
• Support in managing new product inquiries to manufacturers

The anticipated compensation range is

19.25 - 36.55 USD Hourly

Actual compensation will be determined based on various factors including qualifications, education, experience, and location. The pay range is subject to change at any time dependent on a variety of internal and external factors.
