About the role

Physical Therapist PRN Position Summary Monday through Thursday- 2PM to 8PM. (No weekends.) 

Physical Therapist position supporting Fort Mill Acute Care Hospital.  

  • Administers optimal patient care by planning, organizing and implementing a physical therapy program including assessment, evaluation, documentation and treatment for individual patients referred by attending physician.
  • Assists with review and development of department and program policies and procedures and with the supervision/education of other staff.
  • All assessment and treatment media, approaches and techniques will be appropriate and specific to population served including general rehabilitation services to pediatrics, adolescent, adult and geriatric patients, primarily focused on acute care.
  THE PHYSICAL THERAPIST PRN CANDIDATE WILL POSSESS THE FOLLOWING.   To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill, and/or ability required. Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions.   Minimum Education: Bachelor or Master’s degree from an accredited school of physical therapy.   Minimum Experience: Must possess ability to work collaboratively with interdisciplinary team.   Required Certifications/Registrations/Licenses: CPR certification. Current or temporary licensure or eligibility for licensure in South Carolina.
