- Contribute to maintaining a growing design library, to ensure consistency and scalability across products
- Collaborate with product management, engineering, and customer success to ensure design choices align with both business and user needs
- Champion user-centricity across the organization, establishing UX best practices with leadership
- Prioritize strategically, carefully considering the costs and benefits of design decisions to maximize impact
- Collect and analyze feedback from users, stakeholders, and team members to shape design requirements, features, and experiences
- Other tasks, duties, or special projects as assigned
- Throughout everything you do, deliver solutions that are aligned with our values of Security, Customer impact, Long-term mindset, Innovation, and Inclusion
Requirements for a great fit
- You bring your experience (typically 5+ years) in product design, with a solid track record, particularly in designing B2B products
- You have strong project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects, set priorities, and meet deadlines
