Your work will help us drive measurable results and enhance our brand impact.</p><p dir="ltr">As our new <strong>Senior Designer,</strong> you will be part of our <strong>Creative Studio</strong> team, reporting to our Head of Creative Studio. The department currently comprises a talented group of designers, strategists, and copywriters working across our <strong>Copenhagen and Stockholm</strong> offices, dedicated to delivering cutting-edge creative solutions within the broader Brand &amp; Marketing function, led by our CMO.</p><p dir="ltr"><strong>What will you do?</strong></p><ul> <li dir="ltr"><p dir="ltr">Design ads and digital campaigns optimized for specific performance channels (e.g., social media, display, CRM).</p></li> <li dir="ltr"><p dir="ltr">Ensure assets meet platform-specific requirements and drive engagement, clicks, and conversions.</p></li> <li dir="ltr"><p dir="ltr">Develop and execute designs across digital advertising, branding, and UI/UX projects.</p></li> <li dir="ltr"><p dir="ltr">Adapt and iterate designs for different formats and platforms, leveraging data insights and AI tools to enhance creative outputs.</p></li> <li dir="ltr"><p dir="ltr">Collaborate with marketing, product, and localization teams to produce high-quality, localized designs.</p></li> <li dir="ltr"><p dir="ltr">Mentor junior designers and foster a culture of experimentation and continuous improvement.</p></li> <li dir="ltr"><p dir="ltr">Stay informed about design trends, platform updates, and industry best practices to maintain a competitive edge.</p></li> </ul><p dir="ltr"><strong>Curious about the Lunar culture? 💚</strong></p><p dir="ltr">Everything at Lunar centers around our core - to challenge.
