Overview
We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Business & Operations Analyst Intern to join our team. This role offers hands-on experience in data analysis, reporting, and process optimization within a collaborative and fast-paced environment. You will play a key part in supporting cross-functional business operations and driving data-informed decision-making.
Responsibilities
- Develop, prepare, and analyze reports for management, present findings to various levels of leadership.
- Analyze data to support operational decisions and improve cross-functional efficiency.
- Define business requirements and identify process improvement opportunities.
- Create reports and presentations using Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
- Monitor trends, identify variances, and communicate actionable insights.
- Ensure compliance with internal policies and industry standards through quality assurance checks.
- Track performance metrics and maintain dashboards for continuous monitoring.
- Support budgeting and forecasting processes.
- Process and review business-related documents, including invoices and transactions.
- Assist with the development and documentation of workflows and process improvements.
- Help evaluate and mitigate operational risks.
- Ensure data integrity and protect sensitive information.
- Participate in various projects supporting operational performance and strategy.
- Perform other tasks as assigned.
Qualifications
- Pursuing or recently completed a bachelor’s degree in business, analytics, or a related field.
- 2–3 years of relevant experience or academic project work.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools, especially Excel and PowerPoint.
- Strong attention to detail and analytical mindset.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Excellent organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and work under deadlines.
- Knowledge of process improvement and performance metrics.
- Experience with Power BI, SQL, or advanced Excel functions (e.g., pivot tables, VBA).
- Understanding of operational systems, workflows, and risk management.
Compensation
