About the role:
This Manager of GTM Sales Programs will lead and drive core sales programs that support the rhythm and execution of our go-to-market (GTM) motion. This high-impact role will be instrumental in owning and operationalizing key “run-the-business” processes and activities, enabling GTM leaders to execute with clarity, consistency, and efficiency.
The ideal candidate will serve as a strategic partner to sales, operations, and cross-functional leadership, ensuring alignment and execution on programs such as quarterly planning, sales operating calendars, annual planning, QBRs, and sales kickoff presentations. This is a highly visible role that requires a strong bias for action, attention to detail, and a track record of leading cross-functional programs in a fast-paced environment.
This is a remote position open to candidates residing in the US except Alaska, Austin Metro, Boulder Metro, California, Chicago Metro, Connecticut, Dallas Metro, Denver Metro, Houston Metro, Maryland, Massachusetts, New Jersey, New York, Rhode Island, Seattle Metro, and Washington, D.C.

In this role, you will:
- Drive coordination of core GTM operational programs including:
- Quarterly planning – capacity, segmentation, quota distribution, territory alignment
- Annual planning – strategic sales program design, milestone tracking, stakeholder coordination
- Sales operating calendar – ensure planning cadences, forecast reviews, QBRs, and key events are orchestrated effectively
- Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs) – structure content, drive execution, and ensure strategic insights and actions are captured
- Sales Kickoffs & Key GTM Events – coordinate content creation / speaker management, and drive program execution
- Partner closely with Sales, RevOps, Finance, Enablement, and Product Marketing
- Create standardized templates, best practices, and documentation for program repeatability and scale
- Track and report on key program KPIs and execution milestones
- Identify and mitigate risks to program execution, proactively solving roadblocks with stakeholders
