Required Qualifications
-Education

Associate degree in electrical, mechanical, automotive, industrial automation, geoscience or and or related field.

-Experience 

2 + years in field service, equipment repair or similar technical support role.

-Technical

Proficiency troubleshooting electrical circuits, IT/network connectivity and Windows based software.
Ability to read schematics, diagrams and technical manuals.
Experience with small diesel engines for diagnostics and repairs.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

-Soft Skills 

Strong communication, customer service mindset, independent problem solver, and experience with Microsoft Office tools.

-Work & Travel

Able to work outdoors in all weather, lift up to 50 lbs, and travel ≥ 50 % - often on short notice, weekends or holidays.

-Licenses

Valid driver’s license (ability to tow a utility trailer) and passport.

Desired Qualifications

Knowledge of structural geology, geological principles, and their applications for slope movement analysis.
Network configuration / troubleshooting expertise.
Small diesel engine maintenance experience.
Knowledge and experience with CRM style platforms.
OSHA or MSHA certification.
1 year of experience in the mining industry.
Experience with towing utility trailers.

Work Environment

Active mine sites and remote locations; exposure to weather, noise, dust, and heavy equipment.
Office hours Monday–Friday 08:00–16:00 when not on site.
Occasional overseas travel (e.g., Europe, Latin America) for training or projects.

What you can expect

Starting salary range – 65,000.00 to 70,000.00 USD + bonuses.
