About the Role

Join one of Australia and New Zealand’s fastest growing caravan manufacturers, Snowy River Caravans, as our new Social Media & Paid Campaign Specialist.

Reporting to the Marketing Manager, you will be responsible for driving both performance marketing and social storytelling across our national and dealer networks. This role is ideal for someone who is equal parts creative and analytical, bringing campaigns to life online while tracking every click, conversion, and comment.

You will manage the balance between paid performance and community growth, ensuring our brand presence, ambassador stories, and national campaigns reach the right audiences at the right time.

Key Responsibilities

Paid Social Campaign Management

• Plan, launch, and optimise paid social campaigns across Meta, TikTok, and YouTube in collaboration with our media partner Retain Media.
• Manage and monitor ad spend across OEM and dealer campaigns, ensuring budgets are optimised and performance targets are achieved.
• Conduct audience testing, creative performance analysis, and A/B testing to continually improve ROI.
• Deliver monthly reports with clear insights, highlighting performance, trends, and recommendations.

Social Media Management & Community

• Oversee all OEM and dealer social media accounts to ensure national campaigns and seasonal promotions are represented consistently.
• Engage actively with followers, replying to comments, sharing customer stories, and keeping the Snowy River community authentic and adventurous.
• Coordinate content from ambassadors, influencers, and partners to align with the broader brand calendar.

Content & Event Activation

• Support content creation, photography, and short form video across major events, photoshoots, and product launches.
• Capture behind the scenes content and real time stories to showcase the excitement of the Snowy River lifestyle.

Analytics & Brand Voice

• Track and interpret performance metrics to identify growth opportunities across all channels.
• Contribute strategic insights that shape future campaigns and social directions.
• Maintain a consistent and adventurous brand voice across every platform and touchpoint.

What We’re Looking For

• Experience in social media management, community management, or a related role.
• Passion for outdoor adventures and the caravan lifestyle—a plus!
• Proficiency with social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Tik-Tok, Pinterest, Google My Business) and an eye for engaging content.
• Exceptional writing skills with an engaging, friendly tone that attracts followers.
• Creativity and strategic thinking with solid analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
• Familiarity with social media tools like Sprout Social.
• A proactive, customer focused approach with strong problem-solving skills and a talent for engaging conversations.

About You

• You have hands-on experience running paid social media campaigns with exposure to Meta Ads Manager, TikTok Ads, or Google Ads.
• You are a natural storyteller with an eye for engaging content and a strong understanding of social media trends.
• You can juggle multiple campaigns, manage budgets confidently, and collaborate across creative, media, and dealer teams
• You are both data driven and creative, equally comfortable analysing performance reports and capturing content on the go.
• You are proactive, energetic, and ready to bring new ideas to the table.
