Job Summary/Basic Function

The Associate Director of International Enrollment Management reports to the Director of International Enrollment Management and is responsible for supporting the international admissions and recruitment activities of the university. This role is responsible for supporting the entire international admissions process and managing partnerships with international agents and Universities outside the US. The Associate Director of International Enrollment Management is responsible for supporting students through the recruitment process from inquiry to enrollment for prospective international students to achieve or exceed established recruitment goals. The Associate Director of International Enrollment Management serves as DSO and ARO to issues certificates of visa eligibility. This role supports the day-to-day operation of the office of international enrollment management.

Required Education

Master's, MBA or equivalent; or Bachelor's with two years of work experience

Required Related Experience

Two years of work experience in an educational setting

Desirable Related Experience

Experience with Customer Relation Management systems (CRM). Facility in a language other than English. Two years experience in international student services or enrollment field. Experience issuing certificates of visa eligibility (I-20 or DS 2019). Must be a US citizen or US permanent resident as required by federal regulations to be a designated school official (DSO) and alternate responsible officer (ARO) authorized as a signatory for student and school immigration documents.
