SR SUPPLY PLANNER

In this role, you'll be at the heart of our operations, creating and following up on purchase orders, managing inventory plans, and ensuring product availability through meticulous reporting. Your organizational skills will shine as you facilitate and prepare meetings, handle availability inquiries, and maintain master data. Additionally, you'll oversee stock transfer orders and manage finished good reworks, playing a crucial role in keeping our supply chain running smoothly. This position is based in Middleton, WI and reports to our Supply Planning Manager, Fiskars Americas. The role is full-time and is a hybrid role (3 days in office, 2 days remote).
WHAT YOU’LL DO AT FISKARS GROUP
Responsibilities:
Purchase Order Management: Create, follow up, and handle purchase order documentation for smooth processing and timely deliveries.
Inventory Planning: Develop inventory plans for assigned categories to meet demand.
Availability Monitoring: Monitor product availability, generate reports, and address issues proactively.
Meeting Facilitation: Prepare for and facilitate effective team meetings.
Inquiry Handling: Promptly address availability inquiries from stakeholders and customers.
Master Data Maintenance: Maintain and update master data accurately.
Stock Transfer Orders: Manage stock transfer orders to support inventory distribution.
Finished Good Reworks: Oversee reworks of finished goods to ensure quality.
S&OP Development: Participate in S&OP projects, managing selected initiatives for process improvements.
SKU-Level Inventory Planning: Create SKU-level inventory plans for assigned product categories.
WHO YOU ARE
Experience:
Bachelor’s in Operations Management, Supply Chain Management, OR minimum of 5 years of experience
Minimum 3-5 years of planning experience, including at least 2 years of Supply Planning management responsibilities
Experience with forecasting and inventory planning for sourced/own manufactured products in the consumer products industry
Demonstrated problem-solving and analytical skills
Exceptional computer literacy, including proficiency with ERP software (SAP, JDE, Oracle, etc.), Microsoft Office suite, Business Intelligence reporting tools (Cognos), and Product Lifecycle Management software
Knowledge of SAP/APO
