In this role, you’ll focus on improving the group-based care experience—from how clients are matched to groups, to how we plan capacity, retain clinicians, and deliver consistently high-quality care at scale.</p> <p>You’ll work closely with Clinical Leadership, Group Operations, Product, and Data teams to design systems and strategies that balance client outcomes, clinician experience, and operational sustainability.
