Job Description:
• Job Summary◦ The Senior Radiology Service Technician is responsible for maintaining the operational condition, maintenance, and repair of radiology equipment and software. In addition, this individual will document repairs, perform safety checks and preventive measures, inspect, repair, install, calibrate and maintain various types of equipment with an emphasis on radiology or radiation treatment systems and software. This position will also be responsible for mentoring more junior technicians, interfacing with and providing training to clinical staff as well as provide assistance and expertise with regard to capital equipment purchases.

▪ Required: Military Biomed, electronics, or associated technical training or Associates degree in associated technical field
◦ Experience
▪ Required: 10 years minimum experience working on imaging or radiation treatment equipment
◦ Skills
▪ Ability to install imaging or treatment system s
▪ Provide Manufacturer level service capability
▪ Manufacturer Level Preventive Maintenance skills
▪ Interface with and provide assistance to clinical personnel
◦ Licensure/Certification/Registration
