Physical Therapists develop, coordinate and maintain therapeutic services and activities alongside an interdisciplinary team to help patients in need successfully maintain or improve their level of independence.

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor's Degree in Physical Therapy from an institution approved by the State board.
• Upon hire: Washington Physical Therapist License (Vendor Managed)
• Within 30 days of hire: National Provider BLS - American Heart Association (Vendor Managed)
• Within 30 days of hire: National Provider Identifier (NPI) number
• Upon request: Driving may be necessary as part of this role. Caregivers are required to comply with all state laws and requirements for driving. Caregivers will be expected to provide proof of driver license and auto insurance upon request (SCS Home Health only). See policy for additional information.
• 2 years Therapy experience with adult physical disabilities.

Preferred Qualifications:

• 1 year Therapy experience in home care or in related rehabilitation setting.
• Experience with the geriatric population.

The amounts listed are the base pay range; additional compensation may be available for this role, such as shift differentials, standby/on-call, overtime, premiums, extra shift incentives, or bonus opportunities.
