Homestead Horticultural Supply is seeking a dynamic and dedicated Wholesale Nursery Sales Associate to support our landscape wholesale customers in selecting the best trees, shrubs, and plants. What You'll Do as a Nursery Sales Associate:

• Drive Sales & Revenue: Showcase our diverse range of products and services to customers, driving sales and boosting revenue.
• Build & Maintain Relationships: Develop and nurture lasting relationships with customers, ensuring their needs are met and expectations exceeded.
• Provide Expert Guidance: Offer knowledgeable advice and support to customers, answering questions and helping them make informed decisions.
• Collaborate with Team Members: Work closely with colleagues to achieve sales targets and deliver outstanding service.
• Maintain Accurate Records: Keep detailed records of customer interactions and sales activities to ensure seamless operations.

What You Will Bring: 

• Sales Experience: Proven track record in sales within a wholesale nursery or related industry.
• Customer Service Skills: Exceptional ability to connect with customers and build strong relationships.
• Communication & Interpersonal Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to engage and interact effectively.
• Positive Attitude & Team Spirit: Enthusiastic, eager to learn, and a collaborative team player.
• Attention to Detail: Strong organizational skills with a keen eye for detail.
• Independence & Collaboration: Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
• Horticultural Knowledge: Understanding of plant care and horticulture is advantageous.
• Technical Skills: Basic computer proficiency.
• Physical Requirements: Ability to lift and carry up to 50 lbs and work outdoors in all weather conditions.
• Flexibility: Willingness to work a flexible schedule, including Monday to Saturday during peak seasons.
• Equipment Knowledge: Experience with forklifts or heavy equipment is a plus.
• Bi-lingual: Proficiency in Spanish is a plus.
