About the role
- Work with an assigned Premier Underwriter(s) to acquire and retain Premier and Family Office clients.
- Provide a total service for assigned clients, working with designated key contacts across all internal departments within Operations.
- Provide new line quotes, option quotes, quote proposals, rewrites, endorsements, renewal account management; create client excel spreadsheets for underwriting account review.
- Manage and prioritize all requests meeting expectations timely
- Create spreadsheets for agents to organize client information
- Identify additional service options for Premier clients
- Liaison for internal and external business partners
- Business travel to agent’s offices with business partner to review Premier client accounts
- Understand business acumen and marketing concepts as they relate to the Premier clients
- Demonstrate flexibility with work hours based on business/department demands
- Assist with special training requests
- Superior client service, organized desk management skills, professional written and verbal communication skills, time management skills, strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to maintain an exceptional phone presence even in difficult or complex situations
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment with a focus on quality results
- Ability to work independently while supporting the department’s goals
- Strong Masterpiece/ PLS experience required - and Commercial Underwriting Workstation (CUW) and Excel skills a plus
- Bring initiative, creativity and negotiation skills that positively impact business results through strategic thinking and innovative solutions
- Accepts accountability
Additional Requirements:
- College degree preferred or relevant client service experience
