YOUR MISSION

We are looking for an enthusiastic and driven member joining our Business Solutions organization in our Headquarters in Herzogenaurach. We are looking for a team member that ensures successful delivery of projects within our ambitious ERP transformation program. We need you to:

• Take an influential and leading role in delivering the very ambitious PUMA ERP and digital solutions roadmap

• Lead dedicated project workstream(s) within ERP rollout and transformation projects in our European wholesale organizations end-to-end

• Plan projects addressing their scope, timeline and budget constraints and deliver these within these dimensions while addressing all project risks

• Ensure alignment of each project within the overall roadmap

• Communicate to all key internal and external stakeholders

YOUR TALENT

• 5 - 8 years working experience in a comparable position in an international work environment in the fashion, consumer goods or retail industry or in management consulting

• Experience in planning and executing software projects including business transformation and change management, ideally experience in SAP implementation projects

• High proficiency in software-related project management skills

• Excellent analytical and English skills

• A hands-on and service mindset that drives to perform

• A team player with strong interpersonal, presentation and facilitation skills to effectively operate in cross-functional as well as cross-cultural environments
