Sr. Total Rewards Optimization Analyst

POSITION SUMMARY: The Senior Total Rewards Optimization Analyst leads the strategic analysis, optimization and continuous improvement of assigned Total Rewards programs. The incumbent will partner with key stakeholders to design, evaluate, and enhance programs in alignment with business objectives. The Senior Total Rewards Optimization Analyst will leverage advanced analytics, process improvement methodologies and stakeholder engagement to drive data-informed decisions and scalable solutions across the Total Rewards function.

PRINCIPAL RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Leads the implementation and ongoing administration of assigned programs, ensuring proper documentation and timely execution.

• Monitors compliance with program guidelines and document policies and best practices. 

• Works effectively with HR, Finance, and Legal partners to ensure accurate and compliant program administration. 

• Maintains accurate records and prepares reports related to assigned programs. 

• Contributes to the development of dashboards to evaluate program performance and support strategic decision-making.

• Conducts advanced data analysis and modeling to evaluate program effectiveness and cost impacts. 

• Collaborates with cross-functional teams to document, evaluate and redesign processes.

• Presents findings, insights, and recommendations to senior leadership and influence program strategy.

• Performs other job-related duties as assigned.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Proven ability to manage complex projects, drive cross-functional collaboration, and deliver results

• Strong Excel skills and experience with HRIS platforms 

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with experience in data modeling and visualization tools. 

• Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to translate data into actionable insights. 

• Knowledge of human resources standards and best practices.

• Experience in compensation or HR operations with exposure to total rewards functions - preferred.

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:

• 4 – 7 years of experience in project/program management

• 4 – 7 years of experience in data analysis and reporting, with advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, xlookups, etc.)
