Responsible for departmental operations planning/execution or is focused on execution of professional activities within a technical discipline. Functions with some autonomy but guided by established policies or review of end results.The job allows modification of procedures and practices covering work as long as the end results meet standards of acceptability (quality, volume, timeliness etc.).

Roles and Responsibilities
- Ensure that equipment and tools are in good condition for use. Propose plans for preventive maintenance and corrective action.
- Plan and coordinate the execution of preventive maintenance activities and long-term equipment projects with multiple stakeholders including production management, equipment OEM, and electro-mechanical technicians.
- Support and guide the implementation of condition-based maintenance and TPM (Total Productive Maintenance).
- Includes direct people management responsibility including staffing and performance development. Utilizes in-depth knowledge of a technical discipline and analytical thinking and technical experience to execute policy/strategy.
- Has knowledge of best practices and how own area integrates with others; is aware of the competition and the factors that differentiate them in the market.
- Support and track progress of the implementation of safety-critical initiatives lead by EHS.
- Uses some judgment and has some ability to propose different solutions outside of set parameters to address more complicated manufacturing processes with technical variety and/or interdependent production cycles. Uses technical experience and analytical thinking. Uses multiple internal and limited external sources outside of own teams to arrive at decisions.
- Acts as a resource for colleagues with less experience. May lead small projects with low risks and resource requirements. Explains information; developing skills to bring team members to consensus around topics within field. Conveys performance expectations and may handle sensitive issues.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree from an accredited university or college and 2 years of manufacturing maintenance (or a high school diploma / GED with at least 6 years of experience in manufacturing maintenance.
- Minimum of 2 years in a supervisory role.
Desired Characteristics
- 5 or more years of experience in maintenance of manufacturing equipment including: PLC Logic, AC/DC circuits, HVAC, hydraulics, pneumatics, servo/actuator, and machine calibration
- Strong oral and written communication skills.
- Demonstrated ability to analyze and resolve problems.
Pay Transparency
The base pay range for this position is $90,400-$110,000. The specific pay offered may be influenced by a variety of factors, including the candidate’s experience, education, and skill set. This position is also eligible for a 10% performance bonus/variable incentive compensation/equity.

*The Company pays a geographic differential of 110%, 120% or 130% of salary in certain areas.
