Senior Technical Operations Engineer

We’re looking for a Senior Technical Operations Engineer to support OCI’s sovereign realms in the EU. Join a team of dynamic, hands-on operations engineers and make your mark on the future of technology.</p> <p>What you’ll do<br/>Support OCI’s sovereign realms. You’ll be part of a dynamic team with a broad knowledge of how Oracle’s cloud platform works. You’ll partner with customer support, service owners, and engineering teams around the globe to ensure high-quality service for customers across the EU. Note - this role is not a Monday to Friday core hours role – it will involve working a 24/7 shift rotation, including nights, weekends and public holidays. This will involve working a 24/7 shift rotation, including nights, weekends and public holidays.<br/>The role involves working 5 days a week (40 hours), including one weekend day per shift. You will be assigned to a shift rotas of either (1) Sunday to Thursday or (2) Tuesday to Saturday.
