Qualifications

• Degree from a CAPTE-accredited Physical Therapy program
• Licensed (or eligible) in Illinois
• Minimum 2 years of outpatient and orthopedic/manual therapy experience
• Proficiency with EMR systems
• Strong communication, leadership, and time management skills
• Confidence and initiative to grow caseloads and employer relationships

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality, outcomes-driven physical therapy
• Collaborate with onsite healthcare providers
• Educate patients and families on treatment plans
• Document using a therapist-friendly EMR system
• Utilize FOTO tools for patient engagement and outcomes
• Promote PT services and build strong community relationships
