The Opportunity:

Learning Experience Design

• Lead the design of cohort-based learning journeys — from intake to impact — that address key performance needs and business objectives.
• Apply adult learning theory, behavioral science, and UX principles to craft emotionally engaging, high-impact learning experiences.
• Leverage AI tools and emerging learning tech to personalize, accelerate, and scale learning — including intelligent content delivery, smart nudges, and skill-based learning paths.
• Build supporting assets (toolkits, microlearning, AI agents) that reinforce and extend learning well beyond the classroom.
• Design culturally responsive experiences that honor norms and preferences across Moloco’s global workforce.
  
  

Facilitation & Program Ownership

• Exclusive facilitator of signature learning experiences that accelerate time to productivity for new hires, equip managers with foundational skills, and inspire the next wave of leaders.
• Set the bar for engaging, inclusive facilitation and shape facilitation standards of all learning experiences at Moloco.
• Lead rituals and group experiences that build trust, spark connection, and reinforce Moloco’s culture of growth and accountability.
  
  

Impact & Iteration

• Use feedback loops, usage patterns, and behavior signals to continuously improve learning design and delivery.
• Partner with People Analytics and other COEs to define success metrics and track effectiveness of learning investments.
• Promote a culture of iteration — where learning programs evolve based on learner needs and business realities.
