Role Name: Sales Support Representative
Schedule:
40 hours per week, Mon - Fri 7.00am -3.30pm UK time

This is an exciting opportunity to become the operational backbone of a successful sales team, where you'll provide comprehensive support to 3-4 traveling sales representatives. You'll work directly with established customers who have long-standing relationships with the company, managing the entire appointment coordination and follow-up process. This role combines proactive scheduling, relationship management, and detailed administrative support, offering the chance to develop valuable skills in sales operations while working with a collaborative UK-based team that values efficiency and customer service excellence.
Responsibilities
Coordinate and schedule appointments for multiple sales representatives, working 1-2 weeks in advance to optimize their travel schedules
Contact existing customers via phone and email to arrange meetings, confirm availability, and handle any scheduling adjustments
Manage post-meeting activities by processing detailed action points and updating the Pipedrive CRM system with comprehensive meeting notes
Handle follow-up deliverables such as sending CSV files, documents, and other materials requested during client meetings
Conduct professional courtesy follow-up calls within specified timeframes to ensure customer satisfaction and identify additional needs
Coordinate seamlessly with account managers and sales representatives to ensure smooth handoffs for next steps in the sales process
Participate in team meetings and video calls to discuss client interactions, share insights, and plan upcoming activities
Provide comprehensive daily reports detailing activities, calls made, meetings scheduled, and key client interactions
Requirements
Previous experience in customer support, sales support, or administrative roles preferred
Excellent English communication skills, both written and verbal, with professional phone manner
Experience with CRM systems (Pipedrive experience highly valued)
Comfortable working UK business hours and adapting to the 8-hour time difference
Proficiency with phone systems, email platforms, and computer applications
Strong organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities
Self-motivated with ability to work independently while maintaining regular team communication
Willingness to participate in video conferences and collaborative team meetings
Reliable internet connection and professional home office setup for remote work
