As a Display Helper - Service supporting our teams in Milwaukee, you'll  assist in the producing, prepping, and packaging of exhibits for shipment for our clients.  This role comes with  unique challenges and set of responsibilities within the Trade Show and Experiential Marketing industry. Display Helper Service Responsibilities

• Work on assigned service projects from start to finish
• Read and understand detail construction drawings to identify requested components
• Utilize general skills and service ability to perform basic pull, prep and check-ins (client prep and secure check-in for small projects), check piece counts, cleaning, touch ups and packaging of exhibit properties.  
• Take ownership of assigned work, working to meet due dates within estimated hours per written work orders
• Follow directions and instructions from management, senior display, and display personnel 
• Review work orders and setup drawings to ensure all components are accounted for prior to shipping
• Complete detailed movement sheets plus damaged, missing, added reports and all other required paperwork; final review of all components through final job review process.
• Work independently in a fast paced environment and complete projects within projected timeline
• Communicate project updates to various team members effectively both verbally and in writing

Requirements

Display Helper Service Requirements & Qualifications 

• High School diploma and 1+ years of experience required.
• Must possess strong communication and organizational skills.
• Experience in operation and set up of hand tools and power machinery required
• Related experience in tradeshow, special event, or experiential environments preferred
