Our caregivers are the backbone of our mission, and we’re looking for a dedicated, experienced Lead Caregiver to join our team.

This role offers 40 hours per week guaranteed pay—whether you work the full 40 hours or not—as long as you are available during the times we assign you.

Lead Caregiver Responsibilities

• Provide companionship and emotional support
• Assist with daily activities: bathing, grooming, toileting, etc.
• Use equipment such as Hoyer lifts safely and confidently
• Care for a range of clients—from bed-bound to companionship needs
• Meal planning and preparation
• Light housekeeping and laundry
• Transportation to appointments or errands
• Communicate effectively with clients, families, and team members
• Travel within the assigned territory as needed

What You’ll Need to Join Our Team

• At least 5 years of caregiving experience
• Experience and comfort with personal care and Hoyer lifts
• Comfortable working in homes with cats and dogs
• A genuine heart for helping others
• CPR and First Aid certification
• TB Test (current)
• Valid Driver’s License and Auto Insurance
• Clean driving record
• Access to email and a smartphone
• Ability to pass background and reference checks
• Must uphold client confidentiality and professional ethics
