Description
This is a full-time, direct placement role at David J Ewan.
Location: Knoxville or Oak Ridge, TN
What You’ll Do:
- Prepare federal and state tax returns for individuals, families, and small businesses
- Utilize QuickBooks (online & desktop) and other accounting software to gather financial data
- Communicate with clients to clarify tax documents and schedule over the tax season
- Collaborate with our in-office team to maintain consistent quality and compliance
Requirements
- Proven experience preparing tax returns
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and QuickBooks (both online & desktop)
- Ability to pass background checks and maintain a clean driving record
- Strong attention to detail and excellent client communication skills
