About the role

Ocean Spray is hiring for a(n) Senior Manager, Enterprise Productivity! We’re a team of farmers, thinkers, creators, and doers. Whatever your title, whatever your role — it always comes back to this: we’re a farmer-owned co-op where everyone rolls up their sleeves to get the job done. Three maverick farmers started it all — and we’ve been making our own way ever since.

Position Location: We're all about flexibility! This will be a hybrid role based out of our corporate headquarters in Lakeville, MA or our Seaport Boston, MA location with Mondays & Fridays remote.

The Sr. Manager, Enterprise Productivity is responsible for partnering with Ocean Spray’s senior leaders to identify and execute transformative initiatives across the COGS and SG&A areas of the P&L. This role, reporting to the VP of Procurement, offers high visibility and the chance to build strong relationships with senior leaders while influencing key business decisions.

A Day in the Life...

  • Gather relevant data across a multitude of different systems to generate KPIs or other key metrics that highlight a potential sizeable opportunity within cost areas.
  • Lead cross-functional teams in developing business cases and project plans, balancing speed of execution with risk mitigation; present to senior leadership and achieve buy-in.
  • Partner with senior business leaders, along with Finance, to track & monitor execution plans via project portfolio software, and ensure expected savings are being recognized on the P&L.
  • Utilize benchmarking resources where applicable to ensure Ocean Spray has line of sight to what is being demonstrated in businesses outside of Ocean Spray.
  • Demonstrate leadership courage: challenge cross-functional leaders to think differently, be willing to encourage healthy debate and surface alternate perspective where necessary to drive the right result
  • Ask the right questions to guide data analytics and provide actionable insights, conclusions, and recommendations, translating analysis into action points for the team.
  • Demonstrate an action bias, mobilizing teams from analysis to pilots to scale without hesitation.
  • Ensure the work is focused, sustainable, and able to deliver measured results.
