Territory Sales Manager - Key Accounts

Position Overview
The Territory Sales Manager is responsible for driving sales growth and increasing the net hearing instrument market share by developing and maintaining strong relationships with hearing care professionals across the assigned territory.

• Consistently achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual net sales quotas for hearing instruments.
• Identify, target, and develop relationships with audiologists, hearing aid dispensers and apprentices.
• Travel to support CEU events, presenting hearing aid technology and fitting software.
• Drive new points of sale by identifying, prospecting, and closing sales opportunities.
• Collaborate closely with your inside sales team and sales director to develop and execute a territory
business plan aligned with company goals.
• Maintain expert-level knowledge of Jabra products to support confident, consultative sales conversations.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for hearing aid centers in the assigned region.
• Accurately document all customer interactions, sales activities, and follow-ups in Salesforce CRM.
• Proactively engage customers to resolve any quality or service issues.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for hearing aid centers in the assigned region.
• Complete appropriate sales and corporate reporting requirements in a timely fashion
• Represent at customer events and conferences as a subject matter expert.
• Develop effective communication and platform presentation skills to convincingly sell GN technology to both individual customers and large groups.
Competencies (Knowledge and Skills needed for this position.)
• Must have excellent computer skills and be proficient using Excel, PowerPoint, Word and Access.
• Must have experience with database management Follow the HR policy including all company and department policies and procedures.
• Exemplary platform skills.
• Perform responsibilities as directed achieving desired results within expected periods
• Follow good safety practices in all activities.
• Establish and maintain positive and productive work relationships with all staff, customers and business partners.
• Take personal initiative for technical and professional development.

Desired Qualifications
Preferred Education: 4 – Year College Degree
Experience:
• 3+ years healthcare industry sales experience.
• Audiologist or clinical experience preferred.
