GUCCI Director, Retail Operations

Summary

The Director, Retail Operations leads store operations across the region, ensuring operational excellence, compliance, consistency, and efficiency across all stores while enhancing the client experience. Partners closely with Retail, Technology, Logistics, Inventory Control, Legal, Loss Prevention, Merchandising, and other functions to drive productivity, operational improvements, and business performance. Oversees regional operations teams, implements strategic initiatives and Retail Excellence programs, manages KPIs and compliance, supports new store openings and renovations, and drives omnichannel and process optimization efforts.

Ideal profile: 10+ years of retail operations/store management leadership experience, strong people and project management skills, proven ability to improve operational performance, and extensive cross-functional collaboration experience in a complex retail environment.
