As part of this elite Float Team, you’ll use your expertise to support a variety of units based on your specialty and the system’s needs.

What You’ll Do:

• Deliver safe, evidence-based nursing care in alignment with Wellstar standards and policies.

• Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care in collaboration with interdisciplinary teams.

• Respond effectively to changes in patient condition and emergent situations.

• Educate patients and families on treatments, medications, and discharge plans.

• Maintain accurate, timely documentation.

What You’ll Bring:

Experience:

• Minimum 2+ years of recent, direct RN experience in your specialty area.

Education:

• Graduate of an accredited nursing program (BSN preferred).

Licensure/Certifications (depending on specialty):

• Active Georgia or Compact RN license.

• BLS – Basic Life Support from AHA.

• ACLS, PALS, or NRP as applicable to your area.

Skills:

• Strong clinical judgment, adaptability, and teamwork.

• Excellent communication and documentation skills.

• Commitment to delivering high-quality, compassionate care.
