Lockheed Martin Missiles and Fire Control is seeking a full-time Early Career Manufacturing Planner to support the PAC-3 Program Team. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing program planning and manufacturing planning activities, ensuring effective management of production schedules, material procurement, and workflow prioritization. Your responsibilities will include:

• Ensuring data integrity in the MRP system and effective management of material flow, inventory optimization, and production schedules
• Providing status reports to internal customers and analyzing production data to inform business decisions
• Coordinating with cross-functional teams including engineering, quality assurance, manufacturing, and supply chain management
Must be a US Citizen.; This position will require a government security clearance.; This position is located at a facility that requires special access.; This Position requires travel and/or communication to all production sites and vendor locations. Work outside of the normal operating hours may be required.

Basic Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Supply Chain Management, Operations Management or Logistics from an accredited college or university
• Demonstrated proficient knowledge of computer systems, databases, and programs
• Demonstrated strong analytical, problem solving, and multitasking skills
• Must be a US Citizen with ability to obtain and maintain a security clearance

Desired skills

• Familiar with Manufacturing Planning and Supply Chain Management concepts, including Manufacturing Resource Planning (MRP), Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP), Production Planning and Control (PP&C), and Supply Chain Management and Procurement Principles
• Basic Knowledge in Inventory Control, Material Handling and Warehouse Management Systems
• Basic Knowledge of Lean Six Sigma Manufacturing Concepts and Processes
• Basic Knowledge of supply and demand with the ability to analyze and respond to changes in customer demand, supplier lead times, and inventory levels to ensure optimal production planning and scheduling
• Basic Knowledge of data analysis and visualization tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or Excel
• APICS Certified in Production and Inventory Management (CPIM)
