AffiniPay is in search of hardworking and versatile Project Managers to join our team! Our Project Managers are highly visible leaders, building bridges across AffiniPay to ensure projects are effectively planned, developed, integrated and delivered with quality and on time delivery. Our Project Managers also coach/mentor teams, act as change agents, generate excitement and raise awareness of critical business initiatives across the company.

Being part of the Program Management Office (PMO), the Senior Project Manager will cross collaborate within the entire organization including the Executive Leadership Team (ELT). Expect to interact with a group of bright, motivated engineers, marketers, support and sales staff passionate about building and delivering the next generation of FinTech products.

What You’ll Do

• Build and Manage a cross-functional project plan and schedule highlighting various phases, heavily focused on the Go-To-Market (GTM) aspects
• Clearly identify various functional touch points, hand-offs and dependencies
• Work with the project team to set and manage priorities and set a cadence of consistent status updates to the key stakeholders
• Coordinate across the teams to ensure everyone is aligned with the priorities and expectations
• Build and maintain project readiness checklists by phase
• Stakeholder identification and role setting (RACI)
• Identify deliverables by functional group, with clear priorities and target timelines
• Document and track dependencies, risks, and issues
• Facilitate important metric definition, document data requirements and Reporting needs
• Define Success criteria and monitor/track
• Incorporate Business Intelligence/Data Analytics, KPI tracking and reporting
• Keep the Executive Leadership Team (ELT) updated on key dates and deliverables and escalate decision making, changes as needed
• Assist with process definition, establish governance and quality controls (checklists, sign-offs, rollback plans)
• Be a change agent when change happens, communicate frequently to get everyone on the same page
• Regularly collect stakeholder feedback, with focus on team and process optimization, consistencies, efficiencies and enable continuous improvement
• Build and manage Project artifact repository, contribute and enhance PMO best practices

About You

• 6+ years of experience, as an Analyst, Development Manager or Developer, working with technical teams developing software applications.
• 4+ years of experience as a Project Manager, Project Leader, Program Manager, emphasis on Program Management, ie., leading GTM activities leading up to the launch and beyond.
• Strong knowledge of SDLC principles and practices, scrum methodology
• Excellent communication skills.
• Excellent facilitation skills with ability to inspire change at higher levels.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously with a high degree of proficiency
• Familiarity with Project Management tools such as Asana, Microsoft Project and others
• Outcome-oriented, people & team-oriented 
• Self starter, motivated to drive success of project team 
• Technology, payments, accounting, legal industry knowledge is a plus
• Preferred to sit in Austin, TX
