<p><strong>This is a hybrid position which requires 8 days per month in the office. You can be based in our office in Washington DC. As WRI advances its comprehensive capital campaign, the Individual Philanthropy Team is central to strengthening the organization’s fundraising capacity and driving the campaign across the finish line by securing critical general and flexible support.</p> <p>From principal and major gifts to mid-level and annual contributions, the team ensures WRI has the philanthropic resources needed to power its mission and achieve transformative impact.&nbsp;</p> <p><strong>Job Highlight:</strong><br><br>The&nbsp;Senior Manager and Lead, Campaign for People, Nature and Climate&nbsp;plays a key role in the execution and completion of the multi-year $1.5 billion&nbsp;<em>Campaign for People, Nature and Climate</em>, with a focus on achieving fundraising goals for the $150 million Enterprise Fund.</p> <p>This role provides strategic support that strengthens donor engagement, advances moves management priorities, and equips leadership, frontline fundraisers and the Campaign Cabinet to make meaningful progress with individual donors and prospects. With the Campaign now successfully at its mid-point, this role will be instrumental in guiding the transition to a fully in-house campaign structure and will serve as the central hub for coordinating internal Campaign activities.</p> <p>In your day-to-day role, you will prepare written donor strategies, develop tailored cultivation approaches and ensure that donor insights, campaign data, and next steps are clear and actionable.
