Job Description
Summary
Aspen RxHealth is seeking a highly strategic, hands-on Senior Marketing Manager to lead campaign planning, execution, and performance across digital, sales enablement, content, and events. This role is ideal for a growth-minded marketer with experience in healthcare, health tech, or SaaS who thrives at the intersection of strategy, creativity, and operational excellence.
The Senior Marketing Manager will serve as a central driver of demand generation, brand storytelling, and revenue alignment, partnering closely with Sales, Product, Clinical, and Leadership teams to bring clinical engagement care solutions to market.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned.
Campaign Strategy & Demand Generation
- Plan, build, and optimize multi-channel campaigns, including Email nurture flows, landing pages, paid media (LinkedIn Ads, Google Ads), account-based marketing and lead lifecycle programs.
- Lead end-to-end demand generation strategy across the marketplace, supporting acquisition of new health plan, PBM or health promotion clients.
- Partner closely with Sales to ensure seamless lead handoff, lifecycle alignment, and pipeline conversion.
Marketing Operations & HubSpot Ownership
- Serve as HubSpot power user and internal subject matter expert.
- Build workflows, automations, lifecycle stages, and reporting dashboards.
- Manage lead scoring, attribution, and pipeline reporting.
Sales Enablement & Cross-Functional Partnership
- Collaborate with leadership to create pitch decks, one-pagers, sell sheets, and case studies.
- Collaborate with leadership to craft thought leadership content for linkedIn, webinars and conference circuit.
- Translate complex clinical and SaaS concepts into clear, compelling sales tools.
- Act as the connective tissue between Marketing, Sales, Product, Clinical, and Operations.
- Assist team with RFP writing/submission.
Content, Brand & Creative Direction
- Oversee creation of: Brochures, flyers, infographics, sales collateral, blog content, and landing pages.
- Maintain brand standards and voice across all channels.
- Partner with designers and internal stakeholders to ensure visual and messaging consistency.
Website, Search Engine Optimization (SEO) & Performance Optimization
- Manage corporate websites via WordPress to continuously update and improve content.
- Own SEO strategy, including keyword research, on-page optimization, and content performance.
Tradeshow & Event Marketing
- Assist with tradeshow strategy: Planning, logistics, asset creation, booth messaging, post-event follow-up campaigns
- Develop event-specific lead capture and nurture programs.
Reporting & Performance Analytics
- Own marketing performance dashboards across: Lead volume & quality, Campaign ROI, Pipeline influence
- Translate data into insights for leadership and revenue teams.
