About the role

Save the Children

For over 100 years, Save the Children has been fighting for the rights of children. The right to a healthy start in life. To have access to education. To be in a safe environment, protected from harm. We work in some of the world’s hardest-to-reach places – over 100 countries, including the U.S. No matter what your role is, when you join Save the Children, you’re creating positive, irreversible change for children, and the future we all share.

The Role

As Product Lead, Fundraising & Supporter Growth Technology, you will play a pivotal role in advancing Save the Children U.S.’s mission by defining and executing the strategic vision for SCUS’s integrated marketing, fundraising, and constituent relationship management ecosystem—collectively known as OmniHub.

The OmniHub portfolio includes platforms such as Blackbaud Luminate Online, Blackbaud CRM, Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Salesforce Data Cloud, and the integration and enabling technologies that connect them. The Product Lead stewards the evolution of this ecosystem, ensuring it remains modern, scalable, and aligned with organizational strategy as platforms mature, change, or are replaced.

This role balances strategic leadership with hands-on delivery, partnering closely with senior business and technology leaders to ensure OmniHub capabilities deliver measurable business value and support SCUS’s mission. The Product Lead translates complex, cross-functional needs into actionable product roadmaps, leads Agile teams through disciplined execution, and drives alignment across product and delivery functions.

The role also provides thought leadership, coaching, and mentorship to Product Managers, Business Analysts, Solution Architects, and Delivery Managers—fostering cohesive, outcome-driven product practices across Business & Technology Services (BTS).
